InAs (001) - (4x2) Rekonstruction

The (4x2) is like GaAs (001) the metal richest surfaces found on InAs (001). But the surface structure is supposed to be different from GaAs: Two dimers are in the lower layer and only one in the upper [Ohkouchi94]:
